1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using HAUL PICK, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Platform Relationship
HAUL PICK is a technology provider and online marketplace that connects shippers with independent motor carriers and transportation brokers. HAUL PICK does not act as a freight broker, motor carrier, shipper, or logistics provider. We do not take possession of cargo, negotiate freight rates on our own behalf, issue bills of lading, or assume liability for the transportation of goods. All transport contracts, rates, insurance obligations, and liability arrangements are solely between the posting shipper and the booking carrier or broker.
3. Eligibility
You must be a legally authorized representative of a licensed broker, carrier, dealer, or auction to use the marketplace. Carriers must maintain active operating authority and valid insurance.
3. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. HAUL PICK reserves the right to suspend accounts pending verification.
4. Posting and Booking Loads
Shippers are responsible for the accuracy of load details. Carriers are responsible for honoring booked dispatches, maintaining required authority, and completing shipments in accordance with posted terms.
5. Payments and Fees
Any platform fees, payment terms, or billing arrangements will be disclosed prior to transaction completion. Users are responsible for their own tax reporting and compliance obligations.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not post fraudulent loads, misrepresent authority or insurance status, harass other users, or attempt to circumvent platform security or payment controls.
7. Limitation of Liability
HAUL PICK provides a marketplace for connecting shippers and carriers. We are not a party to transport contracts and are not liable for cargo damage, delays, or disputes between users beyond our direct negligence.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or failure to maintain required operating authority or insurance.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
